By once again signing the Parental Charter in 2025, Jacadi reaffirmed its commitment to supporting young parents.
This initiative is part of a broader approach to improving the quality of life at work, a commitment Jacadi aims to extend to all of its efforts.
To this end, specific support is offered through several concrete actions:
- Welcoming each child with a gift upon birth and/or adoption.
- Offering enhanced remote work options during key moments of maternity and paternity.
- Providing young mothers with the opportunity to return to work at 90%, paid at 100%, during the first month after maternity leave.
- Offering parents flexible hours to accompany their children on their first day of school.
- Four cots are available for collaborators to facilitate their little ones' entry into nursery.

- Dedicated teams to support the process of creating and or renewing the RQTH file (French disability recognition status)
- One additional day of leave per year granted to all employees holding an RQTH
- Personalised support, in coordination with occupational health services, to implement appropriate workplace adjustments
